Kelly's Thoughts: Almost all the other Vitamin B-complexes I've found contain a synthetic form of B6 called pyridoxine. It can act as a nerve toxin at high doses, and even block B6 receptors. I avoid pyridoxine, and am very careful with B6 in general. This form of B6, P5P, is not known to cause nerve toxicity.
